New to yoga?

Not sure where to start? No worries, we are here to help you through the process. It is important to remember that everyone has a first class and it is our hope to ease any concerns that you have.

If you are brand new, we recommend starting with our beginner yoga class. Beginner classes aim to help the students progress in poses by building both strength and flexibility. If you are looking for something a little easier try the gentle or restorative classes. However, all levels are welcome to all classes so if their is another class that works better for your schedule don’t let this keep you from coming to class. Still uncertain of where to start, consider a private yoga session.

Class Descriptions


Usually students begin their journey by purchasing their 1st month of unlimited yoga for $55. This discounted price allows you to try all of our classes easily to find the teacher and style that you resonate with. If you purchase your next pass before the expiration of your 1st month you receive 10% off. You have the option to continue with either a 10 class pass or monthly unlimited. Your decision should be based on how many times you plan to come to class to make your purchase cost effective.


We have all the props you will need here at the studio however if you have a mat we do recommend you bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle in case you need it. We are not a heated studio, we keep the temperature at a comfortable 75 degrees. However if you tend to sweat easily, consider bringing a towel.
