Go with the Flow: Me and Baby Yoga

Reconnect with your body while connecting with your baby as well as connect with other new moms and babies! In this class we will go with the flow with your baby’s needs, your body and do a combination of stretching, basic conditioning (including core!), gentle vinyasa and baby activities. Just like babies, each class is unique and individualized based on the individual and group needs of the day. This is a safe inclusive practice welcoming of fussy babies and meltdowns, diaper explosions, sleeping/napping babies and Moms mom and baby imagewho are pretty sure they put on deodorant…this week. Come as you are, you and your baby are welcome here!

Just bring yourself, your darling baby and a small blanket and a couple of baby’s favorite toys. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but it is not necessary as mats and yoga props – including an exercise ball – are provided in the class. (We also have a diaper change kit for “those kind of days.”)

This class is for Moms at least 8 weeks postpartum (with doctor clearance for exercise) and babies 8 weeks to 12months old. Siblings can come with prior permission from class instructor.
