Yoga Playground

Yoga Playground classes are included in your membership and are meant to expose you to all types and styles of yoga.  Yoga extends far beyond the asana or physical practice and we want to teach you how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life.  This may be through breath, body awareness or meditation, or healthy habits.  These classes are meant to be workshopy, so some may include more movement while others include more lecture. Expect something new Each week!
