At Leela Yoga Studio, we offer yoga classes for every skill level. We’re confident you will find a class that suits your needs whether you are looking for beginner yoga or something more advanced.

Beginner classes are a gentle introduction to the basics of yoga. All skill levels are welcome.

restorative yoga

Release tension in your mind and
body through the deep relaxation and meditation of restorative yoga. Poses are held for longer periods with the support of yoga props while you savor the moment and quiet your mind.

gentle yoga

A deep stretching yoga class that is relaxing and quiet. Open to all who want to feel nurtured, nourished, and refreshed. Gentle yoga is perfect for releasing muscle tension and disconnecting from your busy life. An excellent yoga class for beginners or experienced yogis looking to let go.

beginner vinyasa

Using breath and smooth transitions between poses, this beginner vinyasa class introduces you to the fundamentals of flow yoga. You will learn about safely transitioning between poses as well as modifications that address your body’s unique needs. This class is a great starting point for refining your yoga practice.

This class introduces longer holds and a faster flow of poses. We explore strength in the physical body by working up to inversions and arm balances. We also delve into the mental and emotional practices of breath awareness and meditation. Appropriate for those with some yoga experience.

If you are hesitant to join a group class, a private session or smaller group class could be right for you. In a private yoga session, we craft a tailored plan specific to your needs. If you have a problem area that limits your movement, we’ll help you protect your neck, spine, and joints. We make personalized recommendations for modifications that you can confidently apply at home or in any group class.

We also offer adaptive yoga which is suitable for anyone living with a chronic health condition and who would like additional support in their practice. Book adaptive yoga as a private session or join this speciality therapeutic yoga class in a more intimate group setting.
